Through our partnership with Dexcom and integrations with other manufacturers we allow you to easily see the impact of food, exercise and medication on your blood sugar. Share it with friends and family, with other CGM wearers to share tips and insights and educate the world on how food affects us. We’re in the early innings of a new data-driven world where you can actually see how your life and wellbeing is impacted by your lifestyle.

How to get started

  1. Download the Steady app from your app store here
  2. Sign up and connect your Dexcom or Freestyle Libre
  3. Tap the green +, snap a photo to log the meal
  4. Check back a few hours later and see how your body reacted
